Service Description
Two-on-one personal training is about having fun and enjoying exercise with a friend or partner. You’ll both get the benefits of having me by your side, sharing my knowledge, keeping you focused and moving forward, but at a lower cost per/head than one-on-one training. Training sessions run for either 30 minutes, 45 min or 60 minutes and can include dynamic stretching, weight training and cardio.
