Don’t see yourself particularly sporty or you're worried that you’ll look silly or won’t know how to work all of the equipment? BUT at the same time you have goals, you’d like to feel stronger, more balanced, like the best version of you. I can help! I'll be there for you, will move forward at your pace and can open up the supportive world I’ve discovered in health and fitness.
