Service Description

One-on-one personal training is all about you. First we talk through your goals, concerns, past experiences and schedule, then I design a programme – 100% specific to you. It will take into account your current level of fitness, posture, range of motion, strength and lifestyle. Once you get started, I will work with you and review your progress along the way. I will also provide support and encouragement to ensure you get the results you desire.
