Hi, I'm Natalya Dalley and I started NutraFit because I'm passionate about health and fitness. As a trainer, my primary aim is to help you feel good about yourself.

I offer personalised nutrition plans to suit your lifestyle. I also regularly share simple tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your training, through healthy eating, meal preparation and if needed, added supplements.

I teach better workout techniques and can show you how to use weights in order to sculpt, tone or build muscle.

I can guarantee that you will be get the best from me at every PT or Nutritional session. I am always fully present and will work with you to change your life.

Your mind and body are awesome
Growing up I was always physically active, either outside with the horses or playing netball with friends. When I first started at the gym as a 15-year-old I lost my healthy perspective, developed an obsession for weight loss, and became borderline anorexic. With support from my personal trainer, family and friends I turned this fitness obsession around, invested in growing my knowledge, graduated and made nutrition and fitness my career.

Body obsession is no longer an issue for me, because I now understand the importance of fuelling myself. Food is not the enemy, it's critical and nourishing. I also no longer panic if I miss a training session. Progress isn't lost if I have a bad week! Instead, I have found balance by making both my physical and mental wellbeing paramount.
