Qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer

Hi, I'm Natalya Dalley, and I'm passionate about helping people improve their health and fitness. My goal is to help you feel confident, strong, and comfortable in yourself. I create personalised nutrition plans tailored to your lifestyle and individual goals. I can also help you refine your exercise technique and make the most of strength training, whether your focus is building strength, sculpting your body, or improving your overall fitness.

At NutraFit, we believe that achieving true balance requires caring for both your mental and physical wellbeing.

Rather than putting your focus on the numbers—whether on the scales or a tape measure—I encourage you to invest your energy in building healthy, sustainable habits. I will support you in strengthening your mindset and nourishing your body, so that healthy eating, regular exercise, and achieving your goals become a natural part of your everyday life.

12 Week Program

After speaking with you, I will design a programme to meet your dietary needs and goals. This will be followed up by 12 weekly catch-ups to check your progress, tweak where necessary and generally check-in with how you're feeling.

Shred Programme

This is an 8-week programme that is going to push you to your limits in order to challenge your body. By incorporating a 5-day workout, you will drop body fat while retaining muscle density.

Training session for 2

Two-on-one personal training is about having fun and enjoying exercise with a friend or partner. You’ll both get the benefits but at a lower cost per/head than one-on-one training. Sessions run for either 30, 45 min or 60 minutes and are tailored to your goals.

Booty Builder

This is an 8-week programme to help you develop your glutes. Whether you are just starting out or are at an advanced training level, we have a programme that's been tried and tested to achieve outstanding results.

Private Training Session

Let me help you with your training goals. I run 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions, targeted to your specific requirements. I also run introductory sessions for anyone who's just starting out on their fitness journey.

Get fit faster, get strong together

NutraFit is based in Flex Fitness, Cambridge, New Zealand. This means that once you sign up, you're able to access the facility 24/7, and boost your training with a range of classes.

​

There are onsite shower facilities with everything you'll need – just remember to bring a towel. 

​

Gym fees and options will be discussed during your first consultation with Nat.
